An Information Systems graduate.

I completed my graduate studies at Northeastern University — Boston in Fall 2024. During my graduate studies, I collaborated with Prof. Shanon Petitford on a Business Research Paper and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the course Business Analysis and Information Engineering under Prof. Nichole Graham.

6+ years in the Industry.

Since 2018, I’ve spent time in the industry working as a UX Engineer, Researcher & Designer, solving complex B2B/B2C product challenges. I leverage data to uncover requirements, define success metrics, and guide projects from conception to completion, while adapting seamlessly to various SDLC methodologies, with several good years of experience in agile setups.

I strongly practice principles of cognitive psychology to design solutions for humans, that drive meaningful business impact. When working with cross functional teams, I balance dev effort with optimized solutions, all grounded in my strong foundation in UX, a discipline I have dedicated my time and effort to mastering since 2015.

Feedback & Recognition.

I’ve been fortunate to work with inspiring teams and leaders across industries. Their words reflect not only the outcomes of my work, but also the trust and collaboration we’ve built along the way.
