Welcome to my portfolio.
Hello,
About
I am Harshveen, an Information Systems graduate from Northeastern, Boston, focusing on Human-computer Interaction. I recently completed my role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant under Prof, Nichole Graham for Business Analysis & Information Systems course at the University.
Work
Apart from this, I have scaled an AI Investment platform from 0-1, boosted customer retention via guided onboarding journeys, solutioned an B2B Inventory Management System, and successfully delivered 3 design systems across CRM, Banking, and Automobile industries.
Process
In my past work experiences, my process started with understanding business requirements, researching the target audience, turning requirements into usable product features alongside PMs, wireframing the end-to-end user flow, discussing feasibility with engineers, and eventually suggesting user-centric solutions.
Proud project
In 2021, prior to commencing my Master's program, I started Fince—a platform that bridges financial advisors with the common people. This made me research financial customer behavior and understand the psychology behind financial advisory. I spearheaded various activities such as user interviews, surveys, feedback analysis, and market research. Leveraging these insights, I meticulously crafted a high-fidelity prototype for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the investor’s pitch. The solution effectively addressed a critical problem for 68.7% of our target audience.
Life
When I am not working, I am busy exploiting myself in creative ventures. That’s life for me — helps me sleep better.
Played multiple pieces of rhythms on guitar and arranged them together on Garage Band to create Solitude.
Last fall I wrote, shot & edited The Haunting at School Street from the basement of my apartment in Boston.
